How does an online check-in of your dog or dogs at the Dog Resort Moonbow work?

1.) call

Call us as early as possible before your short or long trip. In a nice conversation we clarify and need the following things in advance: - Number of dogs, dog name/s, name of the owner, telephone number, e-mail address, period of stay, desired dog room, special features (heating ...) or wishes

2.) Check data

We enter the data into our Moonbow Dogs database during the call and check whether the desired period is available under the chosen circumstances.

-> If everything looks good, we will send you a confirmation email with a link to complete the registration.

-> If the desired dog room is not available or not available for the circumstances, we will try to find a way to accommodate it on the phone.

3.) Fill out the registration form

Click on the link in our email and open the online registration form in the language of your choice (German/English) from the comfort of your own home. The online registration form contains all the information we have already received about your booking, such as the period of your stay. This data can be confirmed there or partially changed and some other important information about your dog / dogs can be filled in. If you have any questions or problems filling it out, just give us a call, we're always happy to help.

4.) Examination

Once the form has been filled out, you can send it back to us by clicking on the "completed - please send" button. We'll review the information and get back to you if we have any questions. If everything is filled out and in order, then the room for your dog / the rooms for your dogs are booked for the period.

5.) Confirmation email

You will receive a confirmation email with all the important information and the total amount to be paid in euros in advance.

6.) Subsequent changes

If you have any changes after booking, please contact us immediately - thank you.

For dogs that have already been with us, the data is already available and is entered in the online registration form in advance and only needs to be checked by you and changed if necessary.
